A bunch of us went to Vail this weekend for Camp Wannaknitknit. We stayed in a beautiful house, ate lots of good food, talked, laughed, and of course did a lot of knitting. It was so much fun! I’m really glad I was able to go this year :D

Stacey assigned rooms for everyone with a cute little sign and we each received some goodies.
We each got a Piddly bag and notions pouch with knitting skulls from Piddleloop, some cute stitch markers from Jelby, and a skein of yarn in the colorway “Camp Wannaknitknit” from Red Rocks Fiber Works!
Saturday morning Stacey brought out some supplies and we had some fun making DPN holders. I love my little pirate ducks!!!
Here’s a group shot. I love the logo Stacey and her sister Whitney created for camp this year!!
I’ll do another post with some pretty yarn and the knitting I worked on this weekend.
can i say how EXTREMELY jealous i am of you and your posse?

I had an awesome time! I do have a sinking feeling that we are not going to get off so easy with the meals next year. We better start planning now! LOL!

This sounds like so much fun. I would really enjoy doing this next summer. Adding any folks to your knit group in the south metro area? I’m in Littleton and would really love to join you guys for knitting. Let me know.
