I saw this video on moderncat and wanted to share it with everyone. It’s a really sweet video about Charley, a cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia.
I hadn’t heard of this disorder before, and it makes me so sad to think of animals who are unloved and destroyed because people don’t understand what’s going on. Thank you for watching, and please help spread the word about Cerebellar Hypoplasia!
You can check out more cat stories and pictures at
Whiskers on Wednesday.
What a wonderful video!! Such a charming kitty…
Thanks for sharing that! :)

Charlie reminds us of a friend of ours. Moki has a neurological disorder, but the Vets don’t know exactly what it is.

I have a puppy with cerebellar hypoplasia and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how I can make her life easier. She is 8 weeks and falls a lot but is very cute and loveable not to mention she seems intelligent.

I have a wire hair Jack Russell with CH. She is now 11. I tell people she is special but they just nod as if every pet owner feels their dog is special. I have had her since she was a puppy and could barely walk. She does ok now, just does things her own way. It’s comforting knowing there are other people owners in my same boat. No one seemed to know what was wrong with her. Vet after vet after vet.
