Last night I met some friends at Tattered Cover to see Wendy Bernard & Leigh Radford!

Wendy’s new book is Custom Knits; she spoke about knitting top-down sweaters and where she gets her inspiration from. She brought a few sweaters from her book and I REALLY want to knit Ingenue!

Then Leigh showed us several projects from her new book AlterKNITS Felt. Oooo…there are a lot of cool projects that I’d like to try!

Wendy & Leigh were both really nice. They answered questions and signed books and it was a really fun night.

Today is my 2 Year Blogoversary! I can’t believe I’ve actually been doing it for that long. I’ve enjoyed “meeting” new people and reading new blogs! I hope I’m able to post some knitting updates soon. I’ve been getting antsy to start something new :)

  2. Yay Terrie! :) I love that you have taken to and stuck with knitting after my somewhat lame attempt all those years ago to teach you to knit. Doesn’t it seem like forever ago that we were sitting there at the monkey bean?! I kind of miss that place. Happy Blogoversary!! What are you wanting to start next….do tell!

    2 years already? Wow, time flies! I remember when you were trying to think of a name for your blog…….seems like a few months ago! Happy Blog Anniversary! :)
