I had to take Kennedy to the vet yesterday. For the past week she has only gotten out of bed to eat, drink, and use the litter box. And the worst part was that she was limping :( I took her to the vet yesterday and they took some x-rays.

Both of her knees have calcification on them. The vet isn’t sure if that’s the problem or if Kennedy did something else that is making her limp. They gave us some medicine to give Kennedy twice a day for the next 4 days to see if that helps her feel better.

I have no idea why Kennedy decided that these boxes would make a nice pillow!

Sadly, Kennedy’s medicine will have to wait until Saturday because tonight Nathan & I are driving down to Trinidad for his Grandfather’s funeral tomorrow. His Grandfather was in a Hospice center last week and passed away on Sunday. The nice thing is that he was surrounded by family this weekend. I think there will be a lot of wonderful memories shared in the next few days for Grandpa!!
