Hi friends! I hope you are having a nice holiday, and a great start to your week. We spent a lovely day at a lake on Saturday. It was so nice to have a picnic with family and spend a little time on the water :)

I made two 4th of July cards to send to my parents and sister. I used the stars panel die with red cardstock and adhered it to a white card base. I saved all the red stars for the next card. My sister’s favorite color is red, so this is perfect for her :)

Then I repeated the process with a piece of white cardstock. This time, after adhering the stars panel to my card base, I inlayed all the red stars to the panel.

My initial thought was to add a sentiment on the front of the cards using blue cardstock, but I realized I didn’t have exactly what I wanted, so I added a few blue stars randomly to the each card instead.
I’m excited to say that this is my 500 post! It’s kind of hard to believe I have published that many posts, even if some of them have been a little silly :)
Thanks so much for stopping by; enjoy your day!
