Congrats Card

Hi friends! I’m back today with a fun congratulations card.

I was lucky enough to win the June Sneak Peek Club Kit from Waffle Flower, and I used the bokeh stencils to make this card for The Financial Gym. They recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary, and I have really enjoyed working with them for the past 2 years! The Financial Gym has a wonderful approach to helping people with their finances and they offer a lot of great financial resources.

I thought these colors would be good for a financial company :) I started blending white ink with the first stencil, then moved on to a light green ink for the second stencil, and finally used a metallic gold ink with the third stencil. After the ink was dry, I adhered the panel on a white card base.

Next I used alphabet dies to cut out ‘congrats’ from both white cardstock and gold glitter paper. I offset the white letters when gluing them on the glitter paper for a bit of a sparkly shadow, and adhered the letters to the card as shown. You can see the metallic ink and glitter paper a bit better in the video :)

Thanks for stopping by :) Enjoy your day!

I’m also submitting this card to Simon Says: Anything Goes challenge.
