Hi friends! Wishing all who’s celebrating a happy Thanksgiving today; and to everyone else, happy Thursday! This year, Nathan & I made 2 pumpkin pies to take for the festivities today. Since this is the first time we’ve made them, I hope they taste good :)
I wanted to share a few cards I made for the holiday. For both of these cards, I stamped the pumpkin with foliage and sentiment in white ink, then heat embossed white powder for a bit of texture. I used a stitched rectangle die to cut the red cardstock, leaving a small white border from the card base. With the green card, I used a slightly smaller stitched rectangle die which left a larger white border.
I used the same stamps for this card, but used black ink on Kraft cardstock, and colored the image with colored pencils. It’s interesting how different they look! On this card I used a plain rectangle die slightly smaller than my card base.

Finally, I have a bonus card that used the same sentiment stamped in white ink and die cut from Kraft cardstock. I used a fun leaves border and hot foiled it with copper foil on Kraft cardstock for the background and adhered it to a white card base.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you have a wonderful day!
I’m also submitting this card to Simon Says: Anything Goes challenge.
