Hi Friends! Who’s ready for Halloween? Last Saturday was World Card Making Day, and I finished these cards over the weekend so I could get them mailed to my sister and parents :)

For my first card, I trimmed a piece of orange cardstock the same size as my A2 card and adhered it to the front. Next I trimmed a piece of black cardstock slightly smaller. I used a cute little die to cut several random ‘boos’ from my black cardstock and adhered this panel to the front of my card. Then I added the insides of the letters to the card front and applied a bit of glitter. I finished off my card by adding three white ghosts as shown.
On my second card I trimmed a piece of patterned paper for the background, then trimmed a piece of vellum slightly smaller. I used one of the ‘boo’ pieces I cut for my first card, added glitter to it and adhered it to an orange shadow piece before adhering it to the vellum. Next I cut the three ghosts out of white and black cardstock and adhered them together. I cut the three hats from purple cardstock, added more glitter and adhered them to the ghosts. I die cut the jack-o-lantern out of orange, yellow and craft cardstocks and adhered the pieces together. I adhered the ghosts, jack-o-lantern and boo to the vellum as shown, then added some liquid glue on the vellum behind these pieces to adhere to the card.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a Happy Halloween!
