Because of the blizzard, we got 2 days off from work! Nathan and I had to go back to work on Friday, so I dropped him off, then drove the Jeep down to my job. I’m so glad it has 4WD! I felt much better driving to work in the Jeep rather than driving my car. Friday was also the holiday party at my office, so we spent a couple hours at Pappadeaux. Nice way to break up the day :)
I didn’t do any knitting during my days off, but I did wind that yarn into a ball on Thursday:
Today we finally finished our Christmas shopping. We didn’t have that much to do, but I hate having to go shopping this close to Christmas when there are so many people out doing the same!
I can’t believe tomorrow is already Christmas Eve! I have to make Spiced Pecans to take to Nathan’s parents on Christmas and we are going to finish wrapping the presents. We got everything done today so we don’t have to go anywhere tomorrow!
