Booga Bag is Finished!

Booga Bag

Booga Bag-Side

Pattern: Booga Bag by Black Sheep Bags
Started: Sunday, June 17th, 2007
Finished: Sunday, July 1st, 2007
Yarn: Cascade 220 wool yarn *
Colors: Ocean Tweed and Summer Sky

* Alterations to the pattern: I used Cascade instead of Noro Kureyon, and I only used a total of about 1 1/2 skeins.

I like how my straps and stripe match :)

This was a pretty quick knit…although I took my usual slow time getting it done! This will be my first submission to the Summer KAL – CAL Purse Roundup :)

  1. SO cool! I love the stripe too! How much I-cord did you end up knitting? I’m still on the knitting on mine. I got a little ambitious and decided to try out some Fair Isle techniques. We’ll see if they show once they’re felted. :)

  3. Looks awesome! And what are you talking about “slow time”? You just started this last week or maybe a week and a half ago?! Crazy girl!
