Sunflower Yarns

I hope you’re all keeping warm! I know a lot of you have been getting hit with a ton of snow lately. We had a few inches fall yesterday and we’ve been at or below zero all day today! Tomorrow we’ll warm up to about 15°F ;)

I’m a little late in posting this, but I wanted to share these awesome goodies I received from my friend Amanda at Sunflower Yarns:

Amanda does a beautiful job dyeing yarn, and she has recently changed her company name and updated her online yarn shop.  Before going live with the new site, Amanda asked me  if I would test it out for her. You bet!  I love  reading over content,  testing links, etc. (Sometimes I think I should have been some kind of editor when I ‘”grew up”).

As a thank you, Amanda sent me sent me a lovely skein of 100% worsted-weight merino, Helicopter Mitts pattern, and needle organizer. Thank you, Amanda! I’ve been needing an organizer for a while now, and the yarn is just beautiful!

Make sure to check out Sunflower Yarns when you get a chance.  She has some wonderful yarn and I think her new site looks great!

  1. Amanda is dear AND talented! I don’t have any yarn yet with the Sunflower “name” on it. I should fix that, eh?
