I didn’t get to do much crafty stuff this weekend, but last weekend I test-knit this cute slouchy hat for my friend Karen.

Yarn: Berroco Comfort Solids & Heathers in White, Lion Brand Cotton-Ease in Blueberry & Mint
Ok, I actually finished the i-cord tie last Tuesday at Knit Night. But this hat really is a quick knit! It’s a great beginner pattern, and with the color changes it’s a fun knit for experienced Knitters as well.
Although I like the colors, I might not have picked these specific yarns/colors if I wasn’t knitting from my stash :)

Love the colors, actually. But I’m wearing dark denim, white and navy shoes today, so maybe I’m biased.

Cute hat, Terrie. The tie around the bottom is a nice touch and adds accent to the hat. Didn’t know what a “slouch” hat was, but an appropriate name!
