Day 2 Challenge: Magnificent Masking
This card was really fun to make! I used the adorable PI Sending Blessings stamp set. After stamping the girl and tree on my card, I stamped them again onto masking paper. I also created a cloud and hill mask to make a little scene on the front of my card. I used Distress Oxide Ink in Tumbled Glass for the sky and Distress Ink in Mowed Lawn for the grass. It was so fun to pull off the masking tape and see the crisp lines of my ink blending. :)
Then I used colored pencils and gamsol to color the girl and tree. I added a little diamond pattern to the skirt with a white gel pen and added some stamped grass for detail using the same Mowed Lawn Distress Ink.
