Hi friends, happy June!
Today I’m popping in with another spinner card! This time I decided to use a heart as the spinner element, and thought it would be perfect to send to some dear friends.

I used a quilted panel die on some light yellow cardstock for the front of my card. Then I used a square die, tilted to match the lines on the yellow panel, and cut a diamond shape out of both the yellow panel and my card front. Once the opening was cut, I stamped 2 sentiments inside the card in the upper right and lower left portions of the card so they are not visible through the opening.

Instead of keeping the heart the same on both sides, I die cut the heart once from dark red cardstock and once from dark blue cardstock. I taped a piece of thread above and below the diamond opening, then glued my hearts back-to-back, keeping the thread in between the hearts. Next I adhered my yellow panel to the front of the card.
Here’s the card in action! I love the flash of red and blue as the heart spins :)
Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!
