Since the Yarn Harlot will be coming to Denver on Thursday, I started this hat today as part of her Represent book tour.
I’m using the 1×1 Ribbed Hat pattern from Kis*Knit’s free patterns. I’ve been wanting to knit this hat for a while, so I’m excited to see how it turns out.
I have one small problem, though:
Why do I have such a crazy hole where I first joined the stitches? Once I start knitting, I can do pretty well, but I always seem to have trouble with the very beginning and the end when I have to switch to DPNs. I hope I can do better with the finishing of this hat!
