Isn’t it cute? Now it actually looks like a little sweater :) How exciting! I still have to knit a bit more of the body, and then I get to pick up the stitches in the sleeves and finish them (that part makes me a little nervous!)
I went to Knit Knack yesterday, but again got there 2 hours late! That only gave me 3 hours of knitting time :( I had to take my car in to get the breaks fixed. Unfortunately, there were some other things that needed to be fixed so it cost a lot more than I originally planned. On the other hand, I guess I can be glad that this is the first time in 7 years that I had to have this stuff repaired.
Nachaele finished her green & turquoise caplet, and she started a black & white one yesterday. I can’t wait to see that one finished, it looks so cool already! Mary-Kay has also started knitting the “Easy Shrug” and I’m looking forward to seeing hers finished.
I’m hoping to finish my shrug soon. It’s knitting up much faster now that I’m done with the increasing and I’m only working on the body!
I hope everyone had a great weekend!
Nice job on your shrug. You are doing a great job. I am glad you could come on Saturday. Nobody is ever late so you were right on time. Anytime is the right time to knit!

It is really nice! Unfortunately my “physique” doesn’t lend itself well to shrugs. However, that just leaves more yarn for you and Nachaele!
Great seeing you last night! Hope to see you Saturday.
