Thanks again for all your nice comments about my felted leaves :) Guess what? I won the contest at Knit Knack! I went there on Saturday and Gerri (the lovely owner of Knit Knack) gave me a gift card. Woo hoo! :D Since I’ve been wanting to learn how to knit socks, I picked up the new book Getting Started Knitting Socks and some 40″ Addi Turbos so I can try the Magic Loop method. I’m going to use my STR yarn. And look how cute this pink t-shirt is!
This weekend was also the Arvada Harvest Festival (which made parking really difficult on Saturday!), and I picked up this cool bag from one of the vendors:
I’ve also finished the colorwork pattern on my Tomato! More on that later :) I’m still working on the Chevron scarf, too. I really like how it’s turning out!

magic loop is a bit annoying in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it it’s great!!! at least i like it. :)
