Sunny Birthday Wishes

Happy May! I hope your month is off to a good start :)

Today I have a couple simple birthday cards using a fun sunburst panel die. On the first card, I used a dark yellow cardstock and the panel die.

Next I die cut a circle from a lighter yellow cardstock and then stamped the sentiment. After adhering this circle to the sunburst panel, I adhered it all to a white cardbase.

For my second card, I used a different yellow cardstock with the sunburst panel and adhered it to a white cardbase. Next I used my minc to foil the birthday sentiment with yellow foil, used a stitched oval die to cut it out, and adhered it to the front of the card as shown.

I love this sunburst die and how easy it is to make a pretty background panel for cards. I can see this being something I use often :)

Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy your day!
