Hi Friends! I hope you’re doing well. My sister had hip surgery earlier this week, and I wanted to share the get well card I made for her.
I started with 2 pieces of coordinating patterned cardstock. I die cut the coral piece 1/4″ smaller than my white card base and adhered to the center of the card. I trimmed the white polka dot cardstock 1/4″ smaller than the coral piece, die cut the word ‘hugs’ from the lower right corner and stamped the ‘sending healing’ above the ‘h’. I adhered this to the center of the coral card base and added the inside pieces of the ‘g’.
Once the front of my card was done, I added a fun floating pop-up inside my card with some colorful hearts. For a tutorial on the floating pop-up, you can watch Carly Tee’s video here, and see a quick video of my complete card below.
