Recently Concord & 9th came out with a lot of fun colors of ink and cardstock. I was lucky enough to win an Aqua Sky ink and cardstock bundle from their Instagram hop a couple months ago. :)
I also purchased the assorted color cardstock bundle, a few ink cubes and the Dahlia Turnabout stamp set and Dahlia Turnabout die.
For all of these cards I used the Dahlia Turnabout stamp with Honeysuckle, Aqua Sky, Peacock and Eggplant inks.
With this card I used the Dahlia Turnabout die to cut out the pink stamped petals. As you can see, I didn’t quite match up the die to the stamped image :) I adhered the panel over Oceanside cardstock so it showed through the die cut petals. I ink blended Aqua Sky on a piece of white cardstock, used a Hello die from Studio Calico and adhered it to the front of the card.
For this card, I ink blended Honeysuckle on a piece of white cardstock, used the Hello die from Studio Calico again, and adhered it to the stamped panel. Then I adhered the panel to a larger piece of Honeysuckle cardstock.
This was created the same way as the first card, but this time I used the Painted Hello die from Simon Says Stamp. I adhered this panel to a piece of Oceanside cardstock.
Starting with the same design as the 2nd card above, this time I used Honeysuckle ink to stamp the sentiment ‘Hi Friend’ from the Dahlia Turnabout stamp set.
This card is the same as the one above, but I adhered the panel on a piece of Peacock cardstock. I stamped the sentiment with Peacock ink, but it was a bit further to the right that I wanted. I ink blended a little Peacock ink on white cardstock and used the Dahlia Turnabout die to cut some petals to balance out the sentiment.
This last card is a little different as I made it for a friend’s birthday. The sentiment is from Avery Elle’s Loads of Wishes stamp set. I stamped Happy Birthday on a piece of Honeysuckle cardstock and heat embossed it with WOW! Embossing Powder in Bright White. Then I adhered the panel on another piece of Honeysuckle cardstock.
I hope you are doing well and have a great Sunday!
